Enterprise sign-in and account provisioning
Connect Terakoto to an organisation's existing sign-in and account-management services, so access follows staff responsibilities and changes. Microsoft Entra ID is the first planned integration target.
Where Terakoto is going
Version 1 brings enterprise connections, reliable operations and customer-facing work into one self-hosted platform. The next milestone is a beta for hands-on evaluation.
These priorities build on the workflow, forms, data, document and archive capabilities already developed. Explore the current platform first.
These are upcoming capabilities and improvements. “In preparation” means work is underway; “Planned” means it has yet to be built. Neither label means the capability is ready to use.

Connect to protected enterprise services using the organisation's established authentication, without distributing individual passwords across business processes.
Make established business services easier to connect and configure, with protected messages and clear handling of interruptions.
Keep business services running across multiple servers during interruptions and upgrades.
Preserve the investment in established processes by moving supported configuration into Terakoto. Each migration must preserve the agreed behaviour, not just convert files.
Prepare readable text, HTML and searchable PDF from supported AFP documents while retaining the originals. Preserving information takes priority over reproducing an identical page layout.
Develop a controlled migration path for established archives, including IBM Content Manager OnDemand. Preserve originals, metadata, access and retention, with restart and reconciliation built into the migration.
Coordinate personalised customer messages, documents, replies and follow-up work across supported delivery channels.
Bring customer and contact information, activities, opportunities and follow-up work together. The planned CRM workspace will share information with communications and cases, and support coexistence with an existing CRM.
Use your organisation's logo, display name and colours while keeping a consistent, readable interface.
Make everyday work clear and comfortable across screen sizes, with accessible navigation, forms and actions.
Prepare the installation, practical guides and licence notices for a first self-hosted evaluation release.
