Business processes rarely live in one place. Information arrives through documents, messages and existing systems. People review it, make decisions and move the work forward.
Terakoto brings these pieces together.
It is a self-hosted platform for building document- and data-driven business applications through visual configuration.
Start with the information your business needs. Define its data, fields and rules. Then connect automated actions and human tasks on a visual workflow canvas.
Imagine an incoming invoice. Its information is checked, an approval is requested, a document is created and the result is recorded—all within one connected process.
Reusable building blocks help you configure these steps without writing the functionality behind each one. Shared forms, views and controls give applications a consistent experience, while integrations connect them to your existing environment.
And because Terakoto runs on your infrastructure, you retain control of your operating environment and data.
Terakoto is actively developing toward its first production release. Explore the current capabilities, follow the roadmap and discover where it could fit your business.
Terakoto. Turn business processes into working software.
When self-hosted process automation is a useful fit
Consider Terakoto when a business process spans documents, structured information and human decisions, and your organisation wants to operate the platform on its own infrastructure.
Start with a defined workflow, such as invoice approval or incoming correspondence, then assess the connections and operating responsibilities it needs.
Bring related records, documents, tasks and decisions into one case. Use templates, required evidence and controlled stages to keep work complete and traceable.
Preserve original documents with searchable information, controlled access, retention rules and legal holds. Retrieve the right record when it is needed.
Output management (OMS) connects document creation, bundles and digital or print output. Keep the resulting documents linked to their business process.
Digital process automation (DPA) connects business rules, approvals and automated steps visually. Coordinate deadlines, exceptions and recovery alongside the people doing the work.
Exchange information with existing services, databases and messaging systems. Reuse connections across processes instead of creating another isolated application.
Build applications around your own information and processes, with shared views, access controls and workspaces rather than another disconnected system.
Connect customer and contact information, activities, opportunities and case work. The CRM workspace is planned for V1 and can complement an existing CRM.
Onboarding, approvals, internal requests and document-heavy cases are practical starting points. Inspect existing capabilities before choosing a scope.
Automated migration targets clearly structured configurations. Coverage is assessed for each source and version; complete migration requires end-to-end validation.
Bring your process, document and integration expertise. Learn and evaluate without a production-node purchase, then set your own prices for implementation and support. Our first recruitment target is 1,000 registered implementers worldwide.
Terakoto is pre-release. Early applications are separate from partner approval; courses and programme services are being prepared.
Early-adopter subscription: €5,000 per node per year
For the first 100 qualifying Terakoto production customers, the annual rate for original subscribed capacity stays fixed while continuously renewed. Standard pricing is €10,000 per active production node per year.
